The Cambodia Catering Company (CCC) specializes in canteen and cafeteria management for hotels, schools, factories, and other organizations with 40+ employees, students, or clientele. Presently, the CCC produces 400+ meals on a daily basis for a major hotel, factory, and school in Siem Reap, Cambodia.
While complying to modern food hygiene and safety standards, our team of seasoned cooks can prepare healthy, nutritious Khmer meals. If possible and applicable, preparation of such meals may entail:
- Minimizing or eliminating potentially harmful, artificial ingredients such as refined white sugar, monosodium glutamate (MSG), and trans fats (e.g., margarine)
- Serving apt portions of vegetables and fish
- Using natural ingredients such as honey, palm or cane sugar, and naturally fermented soy sauce
- Using fresh, seasonal, local, organic produce and meat products including free-range eggs
- Using fair trade products and biodegradable, eco-friendly materials
We can also customize menus (international or Khmer cuisine) within a given budget tailored for your company’s employees, students, or clientele. Timely food production, group surveys, and regular menu rotations are also implemented to maintain high consumer and client satisfaction.
